Customer Success Specialist, Oslo

Role description

We handle orders for some of the best restaurants and canteens in Oslo, Copenhagen, and Trondheim. Behind the scenes is our stable and well-working operations. This includes making sure producers pack, label, and ship correctly, our supply-chain partner is able to receive and cross-dock tons of produce every week, and that the distribution is working like clockwork. Between all of this - are requests from producers, supply-chain partners, and customers, f.ex: where are my orders, what went wrong, how can we avoid this in the future?Building a new way of trading food requires innovation - and operations are the heart of what we do. You will be an integral part of handling the current customer and operations team working closely with the Head of Revenue, but more importantly - you will be in charge of handling customer and producer operations both in Norway and in Denmark. You will also be working close to our product team to ensure that feedback is continuously looped to them to improve our product and service.
