This statement (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal data Dagens may collect and process about you if you are a Customer or a Producer (as defined in the applicable Terms of Service) or affiliated with a Customer or Producer, if you have visited our website, or requested information from us.

"You," "your," and"User" mean each and every person who accesses or uses our Site or any Service (as defined in the applicable Terms of Service). The word "Dagens" means Dagens AS.

1. The data Dagens collects

Dagens is the controller of all of your personal data that Dagens collect.

Dagens collects your personal data when you use Dagens’ Site and/or Services, create a new account, provide Dagens with information via a web form, add or update information in your account, send or receive messages or otherwise interact with Dagens or other Dagens’ other users.

Dagens also collects personal data from other sources (such as business registration bureaus, and address information providers). In connection with providing the Services, Dagens processes information about its users in order to fulfill the contract and administrate the customer relationship. Data about user behaviour
Dagens collect information to understand users’ needs and behaviour. This data includes IP address, login email, business name, device screen size, device type, browser information, geographic location, how much time they spend on which pages, digital behaviour (such as which links and buttons they choose to click), and responses to surveys in the product.

2. Storage of personal data

Dagens retain information until Producer or Customer requests the deletion of their profile with Dagens.

Order and transaction information are kept for at least five years even if Producer or Customer has requested the deletion of their profile, pursuant to the storage obligation in Section 13 of the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. In the event of outstanding amounts or disputes, Dagens may store information for the duration necessary tosolve the dispute in court.

3. Purposes and legal basis for data collection and processing

Dagens strives to store and process all your personal data within the European Economic Area. All data we collect, except user behavior data collected by Mixpanel, is stored in the European Economic Area.
Data collected by Mixpanel is stored in the US, however, they have additional security assurance to ensure that data receives legal protections equivalent to those found in Europe.
