Easily create and manage accounts on behalf of customers

There’s no need for producers to wait for customers to sign-up with their own Dagens-account anymore. Producers can now create accounts on behalf of their customers and start placing orders immediately.

The feature includes

→ Easily create customer accounts from the Customer page

→ Managed customers cannot access the platform — the producer adds their orders.

→ Managed customers still receive order confirmations and updates via email.

→ Managed customers accounts are not visible to other producers on Dagens.

→ Managed customers are labeled with the Managed-tag in the customer list.

→ Producers  are responsible for updating information about their managed accounts.
