Producers can now add Self-delivery fees to cover their delivery costs. The fee can be applied automatically or manually to each order, providing flexibility for both producers and customers. The delivery fee will appear in the order summary and confirmation.

With our new Managed Customers feature, producers can now create and manage accounts on behalf of their customers. The customer does not have to access the platform. This makes trading smoother for both parties.

With this update, producers now have the option to block orders that fall below their specified minimum order amount. This means that buyers will no longer be able to place orders under the threshold if the producer chooses to enforce it.

Orders placed through Dagens are not picked from a storage shelf — the producer harvests, packs, labels and transports each order. To ensure fair pay for this work producers can now request a minimum amount per order. Customers are encouraged to order more than the minimum order amount.

Producers now see their customers’ e-mails in the order page. We still encourage calling to communicate important information quickly. However, if there’s no answer or the timing is bad, an e-mail is a good secondary option.
