New navigation, user management and more

New navigation on web and mobile

We’ve made a few changes to the main menus in our platform so that it feels more familiar and is easier to navigate. The key changes are:

• We’ve moved the main menu — that’s the one with the three horizontal lines — from the top left to the top right on both web and mobile
• The navigation bar now has text labels in addition to the icons so that it’s easier to find what your looking for, we’ve also moved it to the center
• On mobile, the navigation bar is now located at the bottom of the page so it’s easier to reach
• For users who can access multiple accounts, you’ll find the option to switch accounts from Your accounts found in the main menu in the top right corner

Add and remove users

You can now see and manage the users who can access your account from within the Profile section of the platform.

• Navigate to Profile from the main menu
• Under the Account settings section you’ll find Users
• Add and remove users to ensure the right members of your team can access and use Dagens for direct trade

Manage email notifications

In addition to user management, you can also manage which users that receive email notifications about order updates, product requests, etc.

Producers can now search in order history

As your sales accumulate over time it can be difficult to get an overview of your sales to a specific customer, or to find a past order that needs adjusting. That’s why we’ve introduced search in order history. This is available for producers by navigating to Orders > Invoicing > View order history. From here you can search by customer, settlement ID or order ID.
